The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Myntra's marketplace ecosystem, including product listing, discount and promotion planning, ad campaign management, order processing, inventory control, payment reconciliation, and driving consistent brand growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Account Management:
Handle the end-to-end Myntra seller account operations efficiently.
Maintain strong communication with Myntra category managers and ensure smooth business operations.
Product Listing & Content Management:
Create, update, and optimize product listings, images, and descriptions according to Myntra's guidelines.
Ensure proper categorization, pricing, and inventory mapping of all SKUs.
Promotions, Discounts & Pricing:
Plan and execute discount strategies and promotional campaigns in line with sales targets and seasonal trends.
Coordinate with the internal team to maintain competitive pricing.
Ads & Campaign Management:
Create and monitor Myntra paid ad campaigns to boost visibility and sales.
Track performance metrics (CTR, conversions, ROI) and optimize campaigns accordingly.
Order & Inventory Management:
Monitor order flow, returns, and cancellations to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Manage stock levels, replenish inventory, and reduce out-of-stock situations.
Payment & Reconciliation:
Track payouts, commissions, deductions, and reconcile payments with finance.
Resolve any payment or chargeback discrepancies with Myntra.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
Analyze sales performance, traffic, and conversion data to identify growth opportunities.
Prepare weekly/monthly reports on key KPIs and suggest strategies for improvement.
Brand Growth:
Develop and implement strategies to drive natural and sustainable brand growth on Myntra.
Work closely with marketing and design teams to align product launches with campaigns.
Key Skills & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
2-5 years of experience in e-commerce account handling, preferably on Myntra or other major marketplaces (Flipkart,Myntra, Ajio, etc.).
Hands-on experience with Myntra Partner Portal, listing tools, and advertising dashboards.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a cross-functional team.
