Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven and detail-oriented

eCommerce Account Manager

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing online retail accounts across various eCommerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Shopify, eBay). You'll play a key role in driving sales performance, managing client relationships or internal brand portfolios, and executing digital strategies to maximize visibility and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

Account Management:

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned eCommerce accounts or clients.

Performance Optimization:

Monitor sales metrics, manage product listings, pricing, inventory, and promotions to drive revenue growth.

Marketplace Strategy:

Develop and execute tailored growth strategies for each platform (Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, etc.).

Digital Merchandising:

Optimize product content including titles, descriptions, images, A+ content, and SEO best practices.

Advertising & Promotions:

Plan and manage digital advertising campaigns (Amazon PPC, Meta, Google Shopping, etc.).

Inventory & Logistics:

Coordinate with supply chain or fulfillment teams to ensure product availability and timely delivery.

Reporting & Analysis:

Generate regular performance reports, analyze KPIs, and identify actionable insights.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with marketing, creative, customer service, and logistics teams to ensure alignment.
