We are looking for a highly driven and results-oriented
Ecommerce Manager
to lead our online sales strategy, operations, and growth. This role requires someone who can blend analytical skills with creative execution--driving traffic, optimizing conversions, managing product listings, and ensuring a seamless customer journey across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Ecommerce Strategy & Growth
Develop and execute the online sales strategy to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
Identify new growth opportunities across marketplaces, D2C platforms, and digital channels.
Platform Management
Oversee product listings, pricing, promotions, and catalog accuracy across ecommerce platforms.
Ensure the website and marketplace stores are optimized for UX, SEO, and conversion.
Performance & Analytics
Track KPIs such as sales, traffic, CAC, ROAS, and conversion rates.
Run A/B tests and leverage data insights to drive decisions.
Marketing & Customer Acquisition
Collaborate with marketing teams to design and implement digital campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Amazon Ads, Email, etc.).
Optimize campaigns to drive qualified traffic and repeat customers.
Operations & Customer Experience
Coordinate with logistics, warehousing, and customer support teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and excellent post-purchase experience.
Monitor returns, cancellations, and customer feedback for continuous improvement.
Team & Stakeholder Management
Manage ecommerce associates, agencies, or freelancers as required.
Work cross-functionally with design, product, supply chain, and finance teams.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
4-8 years of experience in ecommerce management, preferably with D2C or consumer brands.
Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).
Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Ads Manager, SEO tools).
Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
