E-commerce Accounts Manager
to streamline operations, drive sales, and optimize performance across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketplace Management
Oversee and manage product listings, pricing, promotions, and campaigns on platforms like Myntra, Flipkart, Ajio, and Shopify.
Optimize marketplace content, ensuring accurate product descriptions, images, and keywords to drive traffic and conversions.
Monitor platform performance metrics and implement strategies to boost sales and visibility.
Payment & Invoice Reconciliation
Reconcile marketplace payments, logistics fees, and commissions to ensure accurate financial records.
Track and verify invoices from marketplaces and vendors, resolving discrepancies promptly.
Generate B2B invoices for bulk orders and ensure timely payments.
SPF Claims & Expense Management
File and track SPF (Seller Protection Fund) claims to recover losses for damaged or undelivered goods.
Create and maintain expense entries for operations, ensuring proper documentation and categorization.
Operations & Fulfillment
Coordinate with warehouse and packing teams for timely order processing, dispatch, and return management.
Oversee stock levels across platforms and facilitate inventory restocking for high-demand items.
Ensure smooth order returns and claims processing.
Marketing & Promotions
Plan and execute promotional campaigns, including discounts, sales, and product launches.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop impactful social media and ad campaigns aligned with e-commerce goals.
Analytics & Reporting
Track sales, traffic, conversions, and other KPIs, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports, highlighting actionable insights for management.
Customer Engagement
Respond to customer queries and issues on online platforms, maintaining high satisfaction rates.
Develop strategies to enhance ratings, reviews, and repeat customer purchases.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
3+ years of experience managing e-commerce operations, preferably in fashion or retail.
Proficiency in platforms like Myntra, Flipkart, Ajio, Shopify, and financial tools like Zoho Books.
Strong understanding of marketplace algorithms.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
