Location: Villianur, Pondicherry

Experience Required: 5-10 years in e-commerce / digital marketing / online sales

Salary Range: [?15,000 - ?20,000 per month]

Education: Bachelor's / Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related field

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic

E-Commerce Manager

to oversee and grow our online business. The role involves managing product listings, online sales channels, digital marketing campaigns, customer experience, and overall e-commerce operations to maximize sales and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective e-commerce strategies to increase sales and brand visibility. Manage online marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.) and company's own website. Oversee product catalog management, pricing, inventory, and promotions. Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, paid ads). Track KPIs like website traffic, conversion rates, ROI, and customer engagement. Ensure smooth order fulfillment, logistics coordination, and timely delivery. Analyze competitor trends, market insights, and customer behavior. Collaborate with marketing, sales, design, and IT teams to enhance user experience. Handle customer service escalations and improve customer satisfaction levels. Regularly prepare sales reports and present insights to management.

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, etc.). Experience in online marketplaces (Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, etc.). Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, Analytics). Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Ability to manage budgets and maximize ROI. Strong communication, leadership, and team management abilities. Familiarity with logistics, payment gateways, and customer support systems.
