Data Analysis:
Analyze website traffic, conversion rates, sales data, and other key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, generate reports, and make data-driven recommendations.
Customer Experience:
Ensure a positive and seamless customer experience, from the website to customer service and post-sale interactions.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing, IT, development, and sales teams to align e-commerce strategies with overall business goals.
Team Leadership:
