Website Management: Manage daily operations of the e-commerce website to ensure smooth functionality and an optimal user experience.
Product Listings: Upload, update, and optimize product information including titles, pricing, descriptions, and images.
Order Fulfillment: Coordinate with our dispatch and logistics teams to ensure fast and accurate delivery.
Customer Support: Handle escalated customer issues quickly and effectively with support from our in-house service team.
Performance Tracking: Analyze website traffic, sales data, and conversions. Deliver insights to improve operations.
Team Communication: Work closely with internal departments including marketing, design, compliance, and support.
Marketing Support: Collaborate with our Facebook Ads team to manage ad spend, monitor performance, and test creatives.
Inventory Management: Track stock levels, manage restocking schedules, and prevent overstocking or shortages.
SEO & Content: Optimize product listings using best SEO practices to increase visibility and search ranking.
Campaign Execution: Launch and manage sales events, banners, coupons, and seasonal promotions.
Reporting: Build detailed reports using Excel pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and formulas for review by senior management.
Compliance: Work with the compliance team to ensure all activities meet platform and policy standards.
Issue Resolution: Respond quickly to any website, inventory, or order flow issues to minimize downtime.
What We're Looking For
1. Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce operations or digital marketing.
2. Proven experience working with Facebook Ads (campaign setup, monitoring, creative coordination).
3. Proficient in MS Excel, especially with pivot tables, formulas, and VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
6. Office-based role - must be available to work onsite (no remote).
7. Marketplace experience (Amazon, Flipkart) not required
