Key Responsibilities:

Platform Management:

Oversee Psychocare's presence on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, 1mg, Netmeds, and other relevant healthcare e-commerce portals. Manage product listings, pricing, content optimization, and promotions.

Website Management:

Collaborate with IT/design teams to maintain and update the company's e-commerce section (if applicable). Track and improve website performance, user experience (UX), and conversion rates.

Sales & Performance Analytics:

Monitor KPIs (sales, traffic, conversion rates, cart abandonment, etc.). Prepare and present regular performance reports to management.

Digital Marketing Integration:

Work with the marketing team to plan and execute PPC campaigns, SEO, email marketing, and affiliate partnerships to boost sales. Coordinate promotional strategies such as seasonal sales and discount codes.

Inventory & Fulfillment Coordination:

Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics team to ensure accurate order fulfillment and timely dispatches. Monitor stock levels and work with procurement to maintain optimal inventory.

Customer Experience & Support:

Respond to customer queries, feedback, and complaints on e-commerce platforms. Ensure high standards of post-sales service.

Competitor & Market Analysis:

Conduct regular market research to track trends, pricing, and competitor strategies. Identify growth opportunities and suggest improvements in product offerings and positioning.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field (MBA preferred). 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce management, preferably in pharmaceuticals, wellness, or FMCG sector. Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and other marketplaces. Knowledge of Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento (optional). Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Excel, Google Analytics, and marketing tools. Understanding of healthcare/pharma regulatory standards is a plus.
