: - Knowledge of Listing, Updating Uploading Product Data / Specifications / Images on Marketplaces such as Flipkart, Amazon, Meesho etc.
: - Must have experience in the E-commerce industry.
: - Manage daily operations for E-commerce including Updating Product Catalogue.
: - New SKU listing & optimizing Existing Listing including Price Management.
: - Maintain daily returns reports.
: - Maintaining daily track of orders / Dispatch/returns.
: - Create product listings on market places and also ensure listing which is already done in the catalog should be correct on all portals.
: - Address customer complaints
: - Getting appointment and ensuring the material gets unloaded as per the appointment for Bulk Dispatch
: - Maintain performance metrics on all marketplace portals
: - Appropriate Keywords Tagging & Tittle Revamping of Products for better SEO Optimization
: - Ensuring all sku's have A+ content updated.
: - Manage individual and bulk listings and account health.
: - Ideal candidates should have hands-on experience with the entire e-commerce operations ecosystem.
: - Contribute to solving and reducing issues in the catalog for optimizing the speed of the catalog upload process.
: - Manage and create individual and bulk listings of new products on the e-commerce portal.
: - Manage Amazon-sponsored ads and brand campaigns daily basis.
: - Conceptualize and execute marketing campaigns along with the Brand team and Digital team.
