Immediately Hiring for E-Commerce Manager at the location of Mumbai.Job description Position Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated E-commerce Manager to join our publishing house. The primary focus of this role will be managing our e-commerce operations, with a specific emphasis on Amazon campaigns, A+ listing optimization, and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategies to maximize sales and brand visibility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce management, particularly within the publishing industry, and possess a deep understanding of Amazon\'s platform and algorithms.Responsibilities:1.Amazon Campaign Management:Develop and execute comprehensive Amazon advertising campaigns to drive sales and increase product visibility.Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and make data-driven adjustments to optimize advertising spend and maximize return on investment (ROI).Stay updated on Amazon\'s advertising policies and guidelines to ensure compliance.2.A+ Listing Optimization:Create and enhance A+ content, including product descriptions, images, and videos, to improve conversion rates and customer engagement.Conduct A/B testing and implement strategies to continuously improve A+ listing performance.Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and design, to ensure consistent brand messaging across A+ listings.3.Search Engine Optimization (SEO) on Amazon:Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve product visibility within Amazon\'s search results.Optimize product titles, bullet points, and product descriptions to improve search rankings and increase click-through rates.Monitor and analyze SEO performance metrics, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement corrective actions.Track and analyze e-commerce sales data, including revenue, units sold, and customer behavior, to identify trends and make informed business decisions.4.Competitive Analysis:Conduct regular competitor research to identify market trends, pricing strategies, and promotional activities.Utilize competitive insights to develop strategies that differentiate our products and maintain a competitive edge.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.Proven experience in e-commerce management, preferably within the publishing industry.
