The Ecommerce Manager will own and drive the complete ecommerce business across the company's website and online marketplaces. This role is responsible for strategy, execution, growth, operations, and performance optimization while ensuring a seamless customer experience
Key Responsibilities:
? Develop and execute the overall ecommerce strategy across website and marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.)
? Manage day-to-day ecommerce operations including orders, inventory, fulfillment, returns, and cancellations? Coordinate with marketing, design, logistics, and accounts teams for smooth execution
? Manage relationships with marketplace account managers, vendors, and service partners
? Track and analyze key performance metrics such as sales, conversion rate, ROAS, AOV, cart abandonment, and CAC
? Plan pricing strategies, promotions, discounts, and festive campaigns? Ensure compliance with marketplace policies, SLAs, and customer experience standards
? Identify growth opportunities through data analysis and market trends? Prepare regular performance reports and insights for management/clients
Requirements:
? Strong knowledge of ecommerce platforms and marketplaces
? Data-driven mindset with analytical and reporting skills
? Experience in team coordination and vendor management
? Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
? Understanding of digital marketing and online consumer behavior
