Responsibilities:

Oversees entire online strategy, sets budgets, manages teams, drives sales growth, and aligns with overall business goals.

2. Merchandiser/Product Manager

Responsibilities:

Manages product assortments, uploads/optimizes product listings (images, descriptions), controls pricing, tracks performance (CTR, conversions), manages inventory, and collaborates on promotions.

3. Digital Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities:

Executes SEO, PPC, social media, email campaigns, creates engaging content (styling tips), and analyzes campaign effectiveness.

4. Web Developer/Designer

Responsibilities:

Maintains the website, ensures user-friendliness, implements new features (like AR try-ons), and optimizes platform performance.

5. Operations/Logistics Manager

Responsibilities:

Manages order fulfillment, packaging standards, shipping, returns, and coordinates with marketplaces.

6. Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:

Handles inquiries via chat, email, phone; resolves issues; provides support; builds customer loyalty through exceptional service.

7. Fashion Content Creator/Copywriter

Responsibilities:

Writes compelling product descriptions, creates engaging blog posts, styling guides, and marketing copy to attract and convert customers.
