We are seeking a dynamic and experienced E-Commerce Manager to lead and grow our online sales channels. The candidate will be responsible for managing the company's e-commerce platform, driving online sales performance, optimizing customer experience, and coordinating with marketing, operations, and logistics teams to ensure seamless execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Growth
Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to achieve sales and profitability targets.
Identify new business opportunities, sales channels, and partnerships to expand digital presence.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
Platform Management
Oversee daily operations of the company website, marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.), and D2C channels.
Ensure accurate product listings, pricing, inventory levels, and promotional campaigns.
Work with developers/designers to enhance website UI/UX, navigation, and checkout flow.
Sales & Marketing
Drive digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, influencer marketing, email).
Optimize conversion rates through A/B testing, analytics, and customer feedback.
Plan and execute seasonal promotions, product launches, and special campaigns.
Operations & Customer Experience
Coordinate with supply chain/logistics for timely order fulfillment.
Monitor customer service metrics (returns, complaints, reviews) and ensure high satisfaction.
Implement loyalty programs and retention strategies.
Analytics & Reporting
Track KPIs such as traffic, conversion rate, AOV, CAC, ROAS, and repeat purchase rate.
Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports for management.
Use analytics to make data-driven decisions on pricing, marketing spend, and product mix.
