Key Responsibilities-:
Manage and grow online sales across
Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, Shopify,
and other marketplaces
Develop and execute
e-commerce strategies
to increase traffic, conversion rates, and revenue
Optimize
product listings
including titles, descriptions, images, keywords, and pricing
Monitor
performance marketing, SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing
Handle
inventory management
, stock planning, and demand forecasting
Manage
order processing, logistics, returns, and customer service
Analyze customer behavior and market trends to improve user experience
Work with cross-functional teams including design, content, finance, and operations
Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and brand guidelines
Required Skills & Qualifications-:
Proven experience as an
E-commerce Manager / Online Sales Manager / Digital Commerce Manager
Strong knowledge of
marketplace management
and
D2C platforms
Understanding of
SEO, keyword research, product ranking, and listing optimization
Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills
Ability to manage budgets, pricing strategies, and profit margins
Proficiency in
Excel / Google Sheets
and reporting tools
