E-Commerce Manager
to manage and grow the company's online sales channels. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day e-commerce operations, improving customer experience, and driving digital revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces
Oversee product listings, pricing, inventory coordination, and order processing
Plan and execute online sales campaigns, offers, and promotions
Monitor website performance, sales metrics, and conversion rates
Coordinate with logistics, customer support, and accounts teams for smooth operations
Ensure timely order fulfillment and effective returns management
Work with digital marketing teams to improve online visibility and sales
Analyze customer behavior and market trends to improve performance
Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and platform policies adherence
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
3-6 years of experience in e-commerce or online sales management
Experience handling marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, or similar platforms preferred)
Strong understanding of digital sales, inventory management, and analytics
Proficiency in MS Excel and e-commerce dashboards
Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
