Ecommerce Sales Manager



Key Responsibilities:

Developing and Executing E-commerce Strategies:

This includes defining the overall online sales approach, setting sales goals, and developing plans to achieve them.

Managing Online Store Operations:

This involves overseeing website design, functionality, and user experience, as well as ensuring seamless store operations.

Managing Digital Marketing Campaigns:

Developing and implementing online marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media campaigns, to drive traffic and sales.

Analyzing Sales Data and Identifying Trends:

Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), analyzing sales data, and identifying areas for improvement in the customer journey and conversion rates.

Optimizing Sales Funnels and Conversion Rates:

Identifying and implementing strategies to improve the efficiency of the sales funnel and increase the percentage of website visitors who make a purchase.

Improving Customer Experience:

Focusing on enhancing the online shopping experience, including website usability, product presentation, and customer service.

Working with Cross-Functional Teams:

Collaborating with marketing, IT, product, and customer service teams to ensure seamless online store operations.

Staying Updated on Industry Trends:

Keeping up-to-date on the latest e-commerce trends, technologies, and best practices to stay competitive.
Essential Skills:

Strong analytical skills:

The ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

Digital marketing knowledge:

Understanding of SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media marketing.

Excellent communication skills:

The ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and customers.

Problem-solving skills:

The ability to identify and resolve issues that may arise in the online store or sales process.

Project management skills:

The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

Technical proficiency:

Understanding of e-commerce platforms and website technologies.

Business acumen:

Understanding of the business objectives and how e-commerce contributes to achieving them.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
