and warehouse supplies. As we continue to expand our team in India, we are looking for a
talented and results-driven Ecommerce Manager to join our team and help us achieve our
digital sales goals.
Job Overview:
The Ecommerce Manager will oversee and manage all aspects of our online presence,
ensuring that our product offerings are presented in the best light and that the online
customer experience is smooth and efficient. This role will require a blend of ecommerce
strategy, digital marketing expertise, and hands-on technical execution. The ideal candidate
will have extensive experience working with US-based brands, especially in managing
Amazon accounts, in addition to expertise in other ecommerce platforms. This individual
will play a key role in driving growth and improving performance across multiple digital
channels.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Ecommerce Strategy and Execution:
- Implement the ecommerce strategy to meet company sales goals and customer
expectations.
- Optimize the online product catalog across various platforms, ensuring accurate product
descriptions, imagery and pricing.
- Oversee the full ecommerce lifecycle from product listing and launch to customer
purchase and post-purchase experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, logistics and customer service) to
improve the overall customer journey.
2. Platform Management:
- Manage and oversee our presence on Amazon as well as other key ecommerce platforms
(Walmart, Shopify, etc.), ensuring that our listings are optimized for search, conversion, and
user experience.
- Optimize product visibility and improve ranking on Amazon by utilizing Amazon Seller
Central.
- This position does not require experience of campaign management, PPC, etc.
- Monitor performance across Amazon and other marketplaces, identifying opportunities
for growth and optimization.
- Stay updated with Amazon's marketplace guidelines, rules and updates to ensure
compliance and maximize sales potential.
3. Product Listing Optimization:
- Ensure that product listings are accurate, compelling and optimized for search engines
and the customer experience.
- Work with the product team to create and update product listings, ensuring alignment
with brand messaging and the latest product information.
- Utilize tools such as Amazon Seller Central and other ecommerce platforms' features to
improve product visibility, including SEO and keyword strategies.
4. Analytics and Reporting:
- Regularly analyze performance data, website traffic, conversion rates and sales metrics to
identify trends and opportunities.
- Prepare reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to
senior management.
5. Inventory and Order Management:
- Ensure that order fulfillment and delivery times meet customer expectations, minimizing
delays and optimizing shipping processes.
- Manage returns and exchanges in a customer-centric way, ensuring a seamless experience
for online buyers.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Atleast 5+ years of experience managing ecommerce operations specifically on Amazon.
- Deep understanding of Amazon Seller Central and other Amazon marketplace tools for
product listings.
- Extensive experience managing listings on Amazon and other ecommerce platforms.
- Proficient in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Amazon reports, and others) to
assess performance, track goals, and optimize strategies.
- Experience of inventory management systems, order fulfillment processes and
ecommerce tools to streamline operations.

Pay: ?50,000.00 - ?150,000.00 per month
