Job Summary:



We are looking for a motivated

E-Commerce Manager

with

leadership qualities and a result-driven mindset

to manage multiple brands/accounts across online marketplaces. The role focuses on

PPC campaigns, marketplace listings, product onboarding, performance tracking, and cross-team execution

, with a strong

sales and marketing orientation

. The candidate will act as the

primary point of contact for assigned brands

, ensuring overall growth and performance.

Key Responsibilities:



PPC Campaign Management

- Execute and optimize ads on Amazon, Flipkart, Noon, and other marketplaces to maximize ROI.

SKU Performance Tracking & Reporting

- Monitor sales and ad performance, analyze KPIs, and provide actionable insights using Excel and e-commerce tools.

Listing Quality Enhancement

- Optimize product listings for better visibility, conversions, and sales.

Product Onboarding & Catalog Expansion

- List trending products and expand marketplace catalog for assigned brands.

Brand/Account Ownership

- Take full ownership of assigned brands' performance, acting as the key contact for operational and campaign strategy.

Order Fulfillment & Monitoring

- Ensure smooth processing and timely delivery.

Inventory Management

- Track stock, plan replenishment, and prevent stockouts.

Seller & Account Liaison

- Coordinate with marketplace managers to resolve issues and optimize performance.

Portal Issue Resolution

- Troubleshoot listing, inventory, or ad-related problems.

Cross-Team Coordination & Leadership

- Guide and coordinate with content, operations, and creative teams for marketplace execution.

Marketplace SEO & Keywords

- Optimize listings for better search visibility and ranking.

Brand/Client Relationship Management

- Take full ownership of assigned brands' performance, acting as the key contact for operational, campaign strategy, and client communication.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience

in e-commerce, with experience in

online marketplaces

such as Amazon, Flipkart, Noon, or similar platforms. Strong experience in

PPC campaigns, marketplace operations, and account/brand management

.

Proficiency in Excel

and familiarity with e-commerce related tools (listing tools, analytics, reporting, inventory management).

Result-driven mindset

with strong

sales and marketing orientation

.

Analytical and problem-solving skills

to optimize campaigns and improve performance. Excellent communication, coordination, and

leadership abilities

. Ability to manage multiple brands and tasks efficiently.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Manjeri, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
