Job Description

We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Manager to oversee and manage our online sales channels, including Amazon.in, Amazon.com, Flipkart, Etsy, and social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce management and a deep understanding of online marketplaces. The E-commerce Manager will be responsible for driving online sales growth and managing all aspects of our e-commerce business. Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of the company\'s e-commerce business, including online marketplaces and social media platforms
• Create and execute e-commerce strategies to drive sales growth and increase brand awareness
• Maintain product listings on Amazon.in, Amazon.com, Flipkart, Etsy, and other marketplaces
• Optimize product listings to improve search visibility and increase sales
• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
• Manage advertising campaigns on marketplaces and social media platforms
• Develop and maintain relationships with marketplace and social media platform representatives
• Manage customer service inquiries and ensure timely responses to customer issues
• Work with the marketing team to create and execute social media campaigns
• Use Photoshop to edit and enhance product images for listings
• Use Excel to track and analyze sales data, as well as manage inventory levels

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an E-commerce Manager or similar role
• Good understanding of online marketplaces such as Amazon.in, Amazon.com, Flipkart, Etsy, and social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram
• Experience with campaign and advertisement management on marketplaces and social media platforms
• Proficiency in Photoshop for image editing and enhancement
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
• Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
