Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end operations across multiple platforms such as
Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, Ajio, Shopify, and other marketplaces
Plan and execute strategies to achieve
?50-80 lakhs monthly sales targets
Optimize product listings (SEO, images, descriptions, pricing, A+ content)
Manage platform ads (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, Meta & Google coordination)
Analyze sales performance, conversion rates, ROAS, and profitability
Handle inventory planning, demand forecasting, and stock movement
Coordinate with marketing, logistics, and customer support teams
Manage offers, deals, and festive sale campaigns
Track competitor activity and market trends
Ensure compliance with platform policies and SOPs
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in achieving
high monthly sales volumes (?50-80 lakhs)
Strong knowledge of
marketplace dashboards, analytics, and seller tools
Expertise in
performance marketing, pricing strategies, and growth hacking
