We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented
E-commerce Advertising and Marketplace Manager
to oversee our online marketplace operations and brand presence. The role involves developing and executing brand strategies on a global scale, ensuring consistency, driving growth, and optimizing overall marketplace performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and implement brand strategies that align with business objectives and ensure global consistency.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and enhance positioning.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop impactful marketing materials and campaigns.
Monitor market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
Oversee day-to-day marketplace operations including product listings, promotions, merchandising, and performance optimization.
Ensure accurate and timely site maintenance: product descriptions, placement, new item postings, out-of-stock removals, and functionality checks across Amazon, Channel Advisor, and other platforms.
Reconcile premium marketplace listings and ensure accuracy across channels.
Develop reports, forecasts, and reporting formats for short-term and long-term performance tracking.
Build time and action calendars, processes, and procedures to ensure project execution.
Prepare and manage cost center budgets for all phases of marketplace e-commerce.
Design annual marketing calendars, plan media spends, and coordinate with internal teams for timely delivery.
Identify, approach, negotiate, and collaborate with influencers; evaluate performance and create future collaboration lists.
Qualifications
Proven experience in Brand Strategy, Market Research, and Competitive Analysis.
Strong understanding of e-commerce marketing, digital sales drivers, and marketplace tools (Amazon, Channel Advisor, etc.).
Skilled in Project Management, Campaign Development, and Cross-functional Collaboration.
Proficiency in Digital Marketing, Social Media Strategy, and Content Creation.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, on-site team environment.
Experience in global or international brand management is an advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
