Role:- E-Commerce Manager

Location :- Gurgaon

Roles And Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:


Strategy Development:


Develop and implement holistic Amazon advertising strategies (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, Amazon DSP) tailored to specific cosmetic product goals (e.g., new product launches, brand awareness, sales growth, liquidation).


Conduct in-depth market research, competitor analysis, and keyword research specific to the cosmetic industry to identify opportunities and inform campaign strategies.


Stay up-to-date with the latest Amazon advertising features, algorithms, and industry trends within the beauty sector.


Campaign Management & Optimization:


Hands-on creation, setup, and daily management of Amazon PPC campaigns, including keyword targeting, product targeting, audience targeting, and bid management.


Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance (ACoS, ROAS, conversion rates, click-through rates, etc.) to achieve desired KPIs and maximize profitability.


Implement A/B testing for ad creatives, headlines, product images, and landing pages to identify winning strategies.


Manage advertising budgets effectively to ensure optimal spend and ROI.


Identify and implement negative keywords to reduce wasted ad spend.


Reporting & Analysis:


Generate comprehensive weekly and monthly performance reports, providing actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.


Utilize Amazon Advertising Console, Brand Analytics, and other third-party tools (e.g., Helium 10, Jungle Scout) for in-depth data analysis and reporting.


Communicate campaign performance, trends, and strategic recommendations clearly and concisely to internal teams and clients.


Content & Listing Optimization:


Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling and brand-compliant ad creatives (images, videos, ad copy) that resonate with the cosmetic target audience.


Provide recommendations for optimizing product listings (titles, bullet points, descriptions, A+ Content, Storefronts) to improve conversion rates and overall ad effectiveness.


Industry Expertise:


Demonstrate a strong understanding of the cosmetic and beauty industry, including product categories (skincare, makeup, haircare, fragrance), seasonality, consumer purchasing behavior, and competitor landscape.


Adapt advertising strategies to align with beauty industry trends and consumer preferences.

Qualifications:


5+ years of experience preferably in the beauty, cosmetics, or FMCG industry.


Deep understanding of e-commerce platforms, particularly Amazon, Flipkart.


Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving targets.


Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.


Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.


Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month

Experience:

E-Commerce: 6 years (Preferred) beauty/cosmetics Industary : 5 years (Required) platforms, particularly Amazon, Flipkart: 5 years (Preferred)
