Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven and experienced E-commerce Manager to lead our team with strategies and operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing e-commerce platforms.

Experience: 1+ years

Responsibilities:

Manage the day-to-day operations of our online store, ensuring seamless user experience and functionality. Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute online campaigns, promotions, and customer engagement strategies. Monitor and analyze website traffic, sales metrics, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for improvement. Stay updated on e-commerce trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation. Lead cross-functional teams, including design, content, and customer service, to ensure cohesive and effective e-commerce operations. Implement strategies to enhance customer retention, loyalty, and satisfaction. Identify and resolve technical issues, bugs, and discrepancies related to the e-commerce platform. Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts with third-party service providers.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field, candidates from fashion backgrounds will be preferred. Proficiency in e-commerce platforms such as amazon global, myntra, etc. & international marketplaces, Magento, Shopify, WooCommerce, etc. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights. Excellent project management, organizational, and multitasking abilities. Knowledge of online marketing tactics, SEO, SEM, and social media strategies. Outstanding communication, teamwork, and leadership skills. Creative mindset with the ability to envision and implement innovative e-commerce solutions.
