1. Educational Background

Graduate (Bachelor's degree preferred, MBA in Marketing/E-commerce is a plus)

Knowledge of nutrition/health supplements industry is an advantage

2. Work Experience

Minimum 4-7 years of experience in handling

e-commerce marketplaces

Must have worked with

Amazon, Flipkart, Ajio, Myntra, 1mg, Tata Cliq

(or at least most of them)

Proven track record of increasing product sales & visibility online

3. Technical & Platform Skills

Hands-on experience with:

o Amazon Seller Central

o Flipkart Seller Hub

o Ajio Seller Panel

o Myntra Partner Portal

o Tata Cliq Seller Dashboard

o 1mg Seller Portal

Knowledge of

listing, cataloging, inventory management, pricing, promotions, and returns handling

Strong understanding of

keywords, SEO for product listings, A+ content creation

Ability to use

MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic data analytics tools

4. Marketing & Advertising Skills

Experience in

Amazon PPC, Flipkart Ads, Myntra Ads, etc.

Knowledge of

digital marketing strategies

(SEO, SEM, social media promotions)

Understanding of

discounts, coupons, and promotional campaigns

5. Compliance & Operations

Familiar with

supplements product compliance

(FSSAI, labeling, product approvals)

Knowledge of

GST, invoicing, and taxation related to e-commerce

Experience in handling

logistics, warehousing, order fulfillment, and return management

6. Soft Skills

Strong communication (English & Hindi preferred)

Negotiation skills for dealing with marketplace managers

Analytical thinking & problem-solving attitude

Ability to work under targets and deadlines

7. Additional Requirements

Updated with latest

marketplace policies & trends

Ability to create

sales reports and performance analysis

Should have

network/contacts

with marketplace category managers (advantage)
