to lead and manage our online sales operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strong marketplace management, website optimization, digital marketing coordination, and efficient order & customer experience management.
Key Responsibilities
1. Online Sales & Revenue Growth
Manage daily operations of all e-commerce platforms (website, marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, etc.).
Drive sales growth through promotions, offers, ads, and product optimization.
Analyze sales data and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
2. Marketplace Management
Manage product listings, pricing, stock availability, and catalog accuracy.
Coordinate with marketplace account managers.
Handle seller performance metrics, penalties, and compliance.
3. Website Management
Oversee website content, banners, product uploads, and UX optimization.
Coordinate with developers for website enhancements and bug fixes.
Optimize conversion rate (CRO) and customer journey.
4. Digital Marketing Coordination
Plan and manage paid ads on Google, Meta, and marketplaces.
Coordinate with performance marketing teams.
Track ROAS, CAC, and campaign efficiency.
5. Inventory & Order Management
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with warehouse & supply chain.
Ensure timely order processing, dispatch, and returns management.
Reduce RTO, cancellations, and delivery TAT.
6. Customer Experience Management
Ensure smooth customer support operations.
Monitor reviews, ratings, and customer feedback.
Improve CSAT and brand reputation.
