We are looking for an experienced and proactive

E-Commerce Warehouse Manager

to oversee end-to-end warehouse operations, order fulfillment, supply chain, and logistics across multiple e-commerce platforms and our own D2C website.

The ideal candidate will also handle basic A

dministrative and Accounting support tasks

while ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of the Rajkot facility.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily warehouse operations including order processing, packaging, dispatch, and inventory control. Coordinate with courier partners and logistics teams for timely and cost-effective deliveries. Oversee order management across marketplaces (Amazon, Nykaa, Flipkart, etc.) and D2C website. Monitor stock movement and ensure accurate inventory reconciliation. Maintain records for incoming and outgoing shipments, returns, and damages. Liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure smooth supply chain flow. Support basic administrative duties such as documentation, vendor payments, and expense tracking. Assist with routine accounting and coordination with the finance team for invoices and statements. Ensure compliance with company quality and hygiene standards. Supervise warehouse staff and ensure adherence to safety and operational protocols. Utilize knowledge of Rajkot and nearby areas for efficient local operations and vendor coordination.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in E-Commerce operations within the Beauty & Cosmetics industry. Must be well-acquainted with

local Rajkot geography and vendors

. Strong understanding of e-commerce order management systems and warehouse management tools. Familiarity with courier and logistics coordination. Good communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
