With retail operations across the GCC and India, Akaame manages multiple online sales channels including

Shopify-based stores

and major

marketplaces

such as Amazon, Noon, Namshi, and Trendyol.

We are expanding our

E-Commerce division in Ahmedabad

and seeking a result-oriented professional who can oversee daily online operations, marketing performance, and sales growth across platforms.

Position: E-Commerce Manager



Role Summary



The E-Commerce Manager will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and scaling online sales operations across

Shopify

and

third-party marketplaces

.

This role demands an analytical yet creative mindset -- balancing numbers, content, and consumer experience to achieve sustained revenue growth.

The ideal candidate is organized, data-driven, and well-versed in e-commerce marketing, logistics coordination, and product visibility strategy.

Ideal Candidate Profile



Bachelor's or Master's in

E-Commerce, Marketing, or Business Management

. Minimum

3-5 years of experience

managing

Shopify

and

multi-marketplace operations

(Amazon, Noon, etc.). Strong analytical and Excel/Google Sheet proficiency. Experience with

Shopify Analytics, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Ads dashboards.

Understanding of

SEO, SEM, email marketing, and paid ad funnels.

Excellent communication and coordination skills for cross-team management. Detail-oriented, disciplined, and capable of handling tight launch timelines.
