Key Responsibilities:
Manage product listings, descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory on Myntra.
Monitor and improve performance metrics (RTO, cancellation rate, return rate, dispatch SLA).
Coordinate with warehouse/operations team to ensure timely dispatches.
Handle Myntra order processing, returns, and disputes.
Communicate with Myntra category managers and resolve escalations.
Plan and execute promotional campaigns and offers.
Analyze sales data and suggest strategies to increase revenue.
Maintain accurate records of stock, reports, and reconciliation data.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience
handling Myntra seller panel operations.
Strong knowledge of Myntra Partner Portal, packaging, and returns process.
Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and analytical tools.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently and take ownership.
Nice to Have:
Experience working with other marketplaces like AJIO, Flipkart, Amazon.
Fashion/retail industry background.
