We are a growing brand in the diamond and jewelry industry, As we expand our digital presence, we are looking for a skilled E-Commerce Manager to oversee and optimize our online business operations.

Job Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain product listings across various e-commerce platforms (company website, marketplaces, and social media stores). Optimize product descriptions, images, and SEO to improve visibility and sales. Develop and implement strategies to increase website traffic and conversion rates. Monitor website performance, analyze user behavior, and suggest enhancements for a better customer experience. Coordinate with designers and developers to implement UI/UX improvements. Manage digital marketing campaigns, including Google Ads, social media promotions, and email marketing. Track and analyze sales trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities. Ensure seamless inventory management and order fulfillment in coordination with the operations team. Handle customer queries and complaints efficiently to enhance brand reputation.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
