We are seeking a

tech-driven, innovative E-Commerce Manager

to lead and grow our online platforms. The ideal candidate will combinestrategic vision with hands-on expertise in technology, AI, and digital trade practices.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and manage CMGA's and Sakanal's e-commerce strategy. Oversee online storefronts, product catalogs, promotions, and pricing. Drive

SEO/SEM strategy

and digital campaigns to increase visibility and sales. Integrate and optimize

AI tools

(chatbots, personalization, automation) to enhance user experience. Track KPIs, analyze performance data, and provide actionable insights. Collaborate with IT, logistics, and marketing teams to ensure smooth end-to-end operations. Identify and act on emerging trends in

digital commerce

Qualifications

Bachelor's/Master's degree in

E-Commerce, Marketing, Business, or Information Systems

. 5+ years of proven experience in e-commerce management. Strong knowledge of SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, and e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, or custom). Familiarity with AI applications in digital trade. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. Fluent in

English

, French knowledge would be highly valued.
