Job role and responsibilities:-

Develop and implement E-commerce strategies to drive online sales growth. Oversee the daily operations of the e-commerce department. Analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and IT teams to improve website functionality and design. Monitor and report on performance metrics such as traffic, conversion rates, and sales. Manage relationships with third-party vendors and partners. Ensure a seamless online shopping experience for customers.

Basic Eligibility Criteria:-

Work Experience and Qualification:-

Min 2-3 years of E-Commerce platform experience in FMCG Department in Flikart, Amazon, Indiamart etc. Proven experience in E-commerce management, preferably in a leadership role. Strong understanding of Digital Marketing & Online Sales Strategies. Excellent analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making. Strong leadership and team management skills. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Require Key Skills:-

SEO, Google Analytics, E-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, Flipkart, Amazon, Indiamart etc.) Digital marketing, Data analysis, Leadership, Project management. Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
