Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven

E-Commerce Manager

who will be responsible for managing

online sales operations

, keeping the

e-commerce platform updated

, and maintaining a

complete inventory list for both online and offline stores through ERP

. The candidate will work closely with the

Managing Director and IT Team

to drive digital sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

Manage complete

e-commerce sales operations

Ensure

regular updating of products, pricing, offers, and stock

on the e-commerce platform Maintain

100% accurate inventory through ERP

for both

online and offline stores

Coordinate with the

MD for sales strategies and performance tracking

Work with the

IT team for platform maintenance, upgrades, and issue resolution

Monitor online orders, payments, dispatch, and delivery tracking Analyze online sales performance and generate regular reports Implement digital sales campaigns and sales promotions Ensure smooth customer experience across all e-commerce touchpoints

Requirements

Minimum

2-5 years of experience

in E-Commerce Management Strong knowledge of

ERP systems and inventory management

Experience in handling

online marketplaces or brand websites

Good understanding of

digital sales, payment gateways, and order management

Ability to coordinate with multiple teams (MD, IT, Sales, Store, Warehouse) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Good communication and leadership skills
