Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced E-commerce Manager to oversee and drive our online sales channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce, digital marketing, and data analytics, with a proven track record of growing online sales and enhancing the customer experience. This role requires a strategic thinker who can lead cross-functional teams, optimize our e-commerce platform, and implement innovative marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:



E-commerce Strategy and Execution:

Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce strategies to achieve sales targets and growth objectives. Manage and optimize the online sales platform, including website, mobile apps, and third-party marketplaces. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.

Digital Marketing:

Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising. Collaborate with the performance marketing team to optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.

Customer Experience:

Ensure a seamless and engaging online shopping experience, focusing on site usability, product presentation, and customer service. Implement and optimize user experience (UX) and conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies. Manage customer feedback and reviews to continuously improve the shopping experience.

Product Management:

Oversee product listings, descriptions, pricing, and inventory management on the e-commerce platform. Work closely with the merchandising team to ensure accurate and timely product launches and promotions. Implement effective merchandising strategies to maximize sales and profitability.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

Utilize data analytics tools to track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales metrics. Conduct regular analysis of website traffic, sales data, and customer behavior to inform decision-making. Provide regular reports to senior management on e-commerce performance and initiatives.

Team Leadership:

Lead and mentor a team of e-commerce and digital marketing professionals. Foster a collaborative and results-driven team environment. Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus. Proven experience as an E-commerce Manager or similar role. Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing, and online sales strategies. Proficiency in data analytics and performance metrics. Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing tools. Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Preferred Skills:



Experience with e-commerce platforms like Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce. Knowledge of web development and UX/UI principles. Familiarity with CRM systems and customer data management. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: ?70,000.00 - ?95,000.00 per month
