Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily computer operations including data entry, report preparation, and documentation.

Maintain and update product listings, descriptions, and prices on e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).

Prepare and analyze reports using

Advanced Excel

(VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, Conditional Formatting).

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse for stock updates.

Handle order processing, cancellations, returns, and refunds on e-commerce portals.

Track sales performance and assist in promotional campaigns.

Ensure accurate and timely uploading of product images, specifications, and SEO-friendly descriptions.

Communicate with internal teams and customers via email, chat, or phone.

Maintain digital and physical records in an organized manner.

Required Skills:

Technical:

Advanced MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Validation, etc.), MS Word, and PowerPoint.

E-commerce:

Basic knowledge of Amazon, Flipkart, or other marketplaces (training can be provided).

Communication:

Good verbal and written communication skills.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

Ability to multitask and manage deadlines.

Qualifications:

Graduate/Undergraduate in any stream (commerce or computer background preferred).

Basic IT knowledge; willingness to learn new tools and platforms.
