Key Responsibilities1. Catalog & SKU Management
Oversee the end-to-end
SKU lifecycle
, including creation, categorization, and optimization across multiple platforms (Shopify, Amazon, etc.).
Audit listings regularly to ensure accuracy in pricing, descriptions, and visual assets.
2. Inventory Forecasting & Planning
Utilize historical data and market trends to provide accurate
demand forecasting

Manage stock levels to prevent stockouts while minimizing overstock and holding costs.
3. Product Design & Development Coordination
Collaborate with the design team to provide market-driven insights for new product development.
Ensure product specifications meet e-commerce packaging requirements and shipping durability standards.
4. B2B & B2C Order Management
Oversee the processing of high-volume
B2C retail orders
and large-scale
B2B bulk shipments
.
Implement specific workflows for B2B compliance, including specialized labeling and wholesale documentation.
5. Warehouse & Logistics Oversight
Coordinate closely with the warehouse team to streamline picking, packing, and dispatch processes.
Monitor
3PL (Third-Party Logistics)
performance and delivery Turnaround Time (TAT) to ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications
Experience:
Minimum
4 years
in E-commerce management (D2C or Multi-channel retail).
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
Technical Skills:
Mastery of E-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce). Expert-level
MS Excel
for data modeling and forecasting.
Experience with Inventory Management Systems (IMS) or ERPs (e.g., Oracle, NetSuite, Unicommerce).
Channel Knowledge:
Deep understanding of marketplace algorithms (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) and direct-to-consumer (D2C) best practices.
Preferred Skills
Proven track record of optimizing logistics costs and improving fulfillment efficiency.
Ability to negotiate with vendors and shipping partners.
Experience in international shipping and B2B export documentation.
