? Product Listings and Content Management: Ensure product listings are accurate,

compelling, and optimized for search engines (SEO). Manage content updates, including

product descriptions, images, videos, and banners.

? FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) Management

? Develop E-commerce Strategy

? Website Management and Optimization:

? Sales and Revenue Growth: Drive online sales through various channels,

optimizing pricing strategies and implementing promotional campaigns to boost sales

and revenue.

? Customer Experience: Continuously monitor and improve the online customer

journey to ensure ease of navigation, fast checkout, and prompt customer service

response times.

? Inventory and Order Management

? Customer Feedback and Continuous Improvement: Collect and analyze customer

feedback to improve the online shopping experience, addressing pain points, and making

adjustments to improve satisfaction.

? Budget Management: Manage the e-commerce budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to maximize ROI on marketing spend, tools, and platforms.
