Position Overview
The
E-Commerce Manager
will be responsible for driving online sales growth across multiple e-commerce marketplaces such as
Amazon, Nykaa, Myntra, Flipkart,
and others. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end marketplace operations including listings, pricing, promotions, inventory, advertising, and performance optimization to maximize visibility and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketplace Management
Manage day-to-day operations across e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Nykaa, Myntra, Flipkart, etc.).
Ensure product listings, descriptions, images, and keywords are optimized according to platform algorithms and brand guidelines.
Coordinate with internal and external teams for timely listing of new SKUs and product launches.
Monitor stock availability and coordinate with supply chain and warehouse teams to prevent stockouts.
2. Sales & Performance Growth
Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share on each platform.
Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance, analyzing trends and suggesting corrective actions.
Implement pricing and discount strategies based on competitor analysis and platform requirements.
3. Marketing & Advertising
Plan and manage marketplace advertising campaigns (Amazon Ads, Nykaa Ads, Myntra Ads, etc.).
Optimize ad spends to achieve the best ROI and ACoS (Advertising Cost of Sales).
Collaborate with the creative team for banner placements, promotions, and campaigns aligned with brand guidelines.
4. Analytics & Reporting
Track key KPIs like conversion rate, CTR, impressions, return rate, and overall GMV.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
Use analytics tools (Amazon Brand Analytics, Nykaa Dashboard, etc.) to identify growth opportunities.
5. Customer Experience & Compliance
Monitor customer feedback, reviews, and ratings to maintain brand reputation.
Work with the customer service team to resolve escalations promptly.
Ensure compliance with platform policies, content guidelines, and category regulations.

Pay: ₹12,436.81 - ₹30,000.00 per month
