Role Overview
We seek an enterprising Ecommerce Manager responsible for discovering and sourcing trending and high-quality iPhone cases from Alibaba and AliExpress. This individual will manage every aspect of the product lifecycle--from supplier negotiation through inventory and listing management. The role demands expertise in ecommerce advertising, team leadership, operations oversight, and innovative, scalable revenue-generation strategies leveraging AI and cost reduction.
Key Responsibilities
Source and negotiate best deals for iPhone cases from Alibaba and AliExpress, ensuring product quality, compliance, and trend alignment.
Build and optimize product listings--compelling descriptions, images, and value propositions tailored to drive conversions.
Launch, track, and scale ad campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.), monitor A/B tests, and optimize CAC, ROAS, and funnel performance.
Create and manage a scalable team, delegating tasks for sourcing, marketing, logistics, and customer support. Oversee hiring, KPI tracking, and training for continuous improvement and cost efficiency.
Develop and continuously refine scalable revenue-making strategies, using market data analytics and competitor insights for growth. Leverage AI solutions for cost control, process automation, and predictive analytics.
Oversee operations: inventory control, order fulfillment, supplier communications, and coordination with logistics.
Lead customer support and experience efforts--resolve escalations, monitor NDR (Non-Delivery Report) metrics, and reduce abandoned checkouts via retargeting, email flows, and chatbot interventions.
Analyze sales, customer behavior, and campaign performance data; present actionable insights and regular reports to leadership.
Manage budgets, forecast sales, and drive operational cost savings.
Skills & Qualifications
Proven track record sourcing on Alibaba/AliExpress--preferably with tech accessories.
Strong leadership and people management skills; experience building and scaling lean teams.
Deep knowledge of ecommerce advertising platforms, website CRO, and data analytics.
Experience with AI-powered tools for Ecommerce: chatbots, recommendation engines, and automation.
Advanced proficiency in customer retention strategies, including NDR reduction and cart recovery.
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, supply chain, or related field.
Minimum 3 years' experience in ecommerce management with a focus on product sourcing, team operations, and revenue growth.
