Digital Marketing:
Developing and implementing online marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email campaigns, to attract and engage customers.
Sales Optimization:
Analyzing sales data, identifying trends, and making data-driven recommendations to improve sales performance and increase conversion rates.
Customer Experience:
Ensuring a seamless and positive online shopping experience, from browsing and product selection to checkout and customer service.
Team Collaboration:
Working closely with various teams, including marketing, IT, product development, and customer service, to align online strategies and achieve business goals.
Performance Monitoring:
Tracking key metrics, such as website traffic, conversion rates, sales figures, and customer satisfaction, and reporting on performance to stakeholders.
Budget Management:
