Developing and executing e-commerce strategies to drive online sales and enhance the customer experience. Managing the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory management. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, logistics, and IT, to ensure smooth e-commerce processes. Monitoring and analysing key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic, conversion rates, sales, and customer satisfaction. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, IT, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience as an e-commerce manager or in a similar e-commerce or digital marketing role. Strong understanding of online sales platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) and digital marketing strategies.
