Key Responsibilities:
Product and Catalog Management
Upload and manage product listings on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, and the company website.
Optimize product titles, descriptions and keywords for better visibility and SEO performance
Maintain accuracy in pricing, stock levels, and product details.
Order Processing and Inventory Management
Monitor and process daily orders across platforms.
Coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams for order dispatch and delivery tracking.
Maintain accurate inventory levels, forecast restocking needs, and reduce return rates.
Marketplace Operations & Promotions
Manage seller Dashboards and backend operations.
Plan and execute promotional campaigns, discounts, and add strategies on marketplaces.
Ensure compliance with marketplace guidelines and maintain brand standards.
Sales Reporting & Analytics
Generate weekly / sales reports and performance analysis.
Track KPIs such as conversion rate, cart abandonment, and order returns.
Suggest improvements based on data-driven insight.
Customer Experience and Support
Monitor promptly customer reviews and respond to queries.
Resolve order issues, delays, and complaints professionally.
Ensure a positive buying experience for all customers.
Digital Marketing Coordination ( Optional but preferred )
Assists in paid campaigns ( Google Ads, Meta Ads, Sponsored Products)
Work with the marketing team for banner creatives and seasonal campaigns.
Countribute ideas to remove online visibility and improve conversion rates.
