Ecommerce Manager
Job Summary: An Electronic Commerce (E-Commerce) Executive contributes to the growth of the online business of Hyfun. The individual is responsible for enhancing the customer experience, executing customer order fulfilment, and maintaining the technology and infrastructure. This role also involves analysing data from market and consumer studies to generate commercial insights, managing relationships with partners and ensuring seamless end-to-end integration of the e-commerce business. Working in a fast-paced, digitally centric environment, this person should be an energetic, collaborative, and result-oriented self-starter who is technologically savvy, organised, and able to operate well in a team under pressure.
1. E-Commerce executive will be responsible for preparing and listing product catalogues on various E-commerce websites, He/she will be responsible for the entire order processing cycle that is from receiving the order till the timely delivery of orders and will also be responsible for tracking the inventory and keeping it up to date, He/she will be a single point of contact between the company and platforms as well as its customers.
2. Manage pricing, sales order processing, sales order, social commerce, customer service, customer queries etc..
3. Handle and manage listing of the products on our portal
4. Will be responsible for uploading new Listings on Ecom on weekly basis and ensuring catalogue hygiene of the uploaded catalogue
5. Fixation of Stranded & Suppressed Listings.
6. Content Optimization & Optimizing Listings as per Ecom SEO standards.
7. Responsible for ASIN Reinstatement
8. Coordinate for delivery and returns of customer orders
9. Coordinate with cross-functional teams on execution of brand, marketing and e-commerce activities
10. Implement customer retention programmes
11. Implement new business collaboration initiatives
12. Manage service quality and customer satisfaction
13. Monitor sales, promotions, marketing and social media programmes, and activities over digital platforms
14. Calling/Meeting the vendors, Onboarding new vendors
15. Manage end to end sales cycle. from order to shipping & Delivery
16. Maintaining current vendors
17. Submitting Cases for Feedback Removal, Products & other issues.
18. Managing Inventory and Sales reports
19. Handling the paid advertising campaigns/sponsored ads on the marketplaces.
20. Will be responsible for handling product listings, promotions, deals, discounts & day-to-day operational issues.
21. Manage all online activity in relation to traffic acquisition, sales, conversion and a/b testing and reporting
22. Work with developers to improve website speed
23. Work with the marketing team or manage digital marketing agency to improve quality and traffic acquisition
24. Analyse various data in order to deliver data driven strategies in order to deliver top performance and achieve KPI
25. Oversee or directly manage digital marketing channels across PPC, SEO, Display, affiliates and email marketing and social media
26. Help in growing business through our eCommerce Platform.
27. Responsible for managing certain Categories within our e-commerce and ensuring that brand tie-ups, promotion engagement, and category sales are growing Qualification: Graduate &
Above with Digital Marketing . Good Communication Skills - Written and Verbal, Understanding of Ecommerce, Marketing Background (Preferred)

  • Experience with Big basket /Groffers/ Amazon/ Milk basket marketplace & other e-commerce portals.
  • Experience in a highly analytical, results-oriented environment.
  • Minimum 3 year of experience with Amazon marketplace & relevant work experience. (MUST HAVE)
  • Strong command over Microsoft excel (expert to intermediate level).
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
  • Excellent written, oral, communication and presentation skills in English and the ability to express thoughts logically and succinctly.
  • Advanced IT literacy especially in Microsoft Office applications. MS excel proficiency desired.
  • Attention to detail and capability to work on multiple projects in parallel.
