We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
IndiaMart E-Commerce Executive
to manage our online B2B presence, optimize product listings, and drive sales on IndiaMart. The ideal candidate will have experience in online marketplaces, digital sales, and customer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and update product listings on IndiaMart, ensuring accurate descriptions, images, and specifications.
Respond to inquiries, RFQs, and leads on IndiaMart promptly and professionally.
Track and follow up on potential sales leads to convert them into orders.
Coordinate with production and logistics teams for timely order processing and delivery.
Maintain and update sales reports, lead pipelines, and CRM records.
Monitor competitor listings and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
Suggest promotional campaigns, discounts, or product highlights to boost sales.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback to ensure high customer satisfaction.
