Drive sales performance through SEO, paid ads, and promotions on e-commerce platforms.
Monitor inventory, pricing, and order fulfillment in coordination with operations.
Plan and execute campaigns, discounts, and festive offers to maximize sales.
Analyze sales reports, customer behavior, and trends to suggest improvements.
Collaborate with marketing and design teams to ensure product visibility and brand consistency.
Handle vendor/marketplace relationships and resolve platform-related issues.
Ensure excellent customer experience and post-sales service.
Requirements:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
3-5 years of proven experience in e-commerce management.
Strong understanding of online marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Shopify, etc.).
Knowledge of SEO, digital marketing, and online merchandising.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making ability.
