Job Summary: As an E-Commerce Manager responsible for maintaining stock and inventories, you will play a critical role in managing and optimizing our e-commerce operations. Your primary focus will be on ensuring efficient stock and inventory management, maintaining accurate product listings, and improving order fulfilment processes. This position requires a strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, inventory management systems, and a keen eye for detail to maintain an organized and streamlined operation. Key Responsibilities: Inventory Management: Monitor and manage stock levels to ensure products are in stock and readily available for customers. Implement effective inventory control techniques, including reorder points and safety stock. Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile inventory discrepancies. Ensure products are categorized and labeled accurately for easy retrieval and tracking. Product Listings: Create and maintain accurate product listings, including product descriptions, images, and pricing. Ensure products are categorized correctly and well-organized on the e-commerce platform. Update product information to reflect changes in stock, pricing, or product specifications. Order Fulfillment: Oversee the order fulfillment process, including picking, packing, and shipping of orders. Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely and cost-effective order delivery. Resolve order-related issues promptly and provide excellent customer service. Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze sales trends, inventory turnover, and other relevant metrics to make data-driven decisions. Generate regular reports on stock levels, sales performance, and inventory turnover. Develop strategies to reduce excess stock and minimize stock outs. Quality Control: Ensure the quality and accuracy of product information, including product images and descriptions. Implement quality control measures to prevent and address product defects or damage. Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field. Proven experience in e-commerce and inventory management, Freshers are also welcome. Proficiency in e-commerce platforms i.e. Amazon console, Flipkart console, ShipRocket console, Shopify and inventory management software. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Effective communication and negotiation abilities. Knowledge of logistics and supply chain management is a plus.
