Job Description

1. Product Listing & Catalogue Management
Key Responsibilities:

Create and maintain product listings on all e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) with accurate descriptions, images, pricing, and compliance info. Optimize product titles, bullet points, and SEO keywords for platform-specific search visibility. Ensure consistency across platforms for SKUs, specifications, and content updates. Upload product content according to brand guidelines and platform category mapping rules.
2. Inventory & Order Management
Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate stock availability and replenishment across all warehouse/fulfilment partners (FBA, Smart Fulfilment, Seller Flex, etc.). Monitor live inventory status, avoid stockouts and overstock scenarios. Track and resolve order delays, cancellations, and operational issues daily. Maintain buffer stock planning for fast-moving SKUs and festival/seasonal peaks.
3. Campaigns, Promotions & Pricing Strategy
Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute campaigns in collaboration with platform managers (e.g., Great Indian Sale, Big Billion Days, etc.). Run sponsored ads and platform-specific performance marketing (Amazon Ads, Flipkart PLA, etc.). Apply platform coupons, bundle offers, and flash discounts based on product performance and seasonality. Track competitor pricing and market trends to maintain strategic pricing competitiveness.
4. Ratings, Reviews & Customer Experience
Key Responsibilities:

Monitor product reviews, ratings, and customer queries regularly on each marketplace. Respond to negative feedback and drive improvements via product or packaging updates. Promote positive customer reviews via follow-ups and post-purchase email triggers. Maintain high ratings and seller performance score thresholds per platform.
5. Sales Analytics & Reporting
Key Responsibilities:

Analyse platform-wise sales data, GMV, ROI, and SKU-level performance. Track daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and share insights with Sales & Marketing teams. Create return analysis reports to identify logistics or product-related issues. Prepare product demand forecasts based on past trends and current promotions.
6. Platform Relationship Management
Key Responsibilities:

Liaise with category managers from Amazon, Flipkart, First Cry, etc. for visibility and merchandising opportunities. Apply for onboarding on new relevant FMCG platforms like 1mg, Jiomart, and Big Basket. Participate in exclusive brand promotions, sampling campaigns, or marketplace events.
Reporting & Collaboration:
Marketplace performance data should be consolidated and shared weekly with the E-commerce Head and ERP team. Product, inventory, and marketing functions must align to support consistent performance across platforms.
Objective:
To drive online sales growth, visibility, and customer satisfaction through strategic management of top-performing e-commerce marketplaces for Zoycare Hygiene products.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per year
