ROLE OVERVIEW

MINE is a premium wellness and lifestyle brand operating through online sales. We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable E-commerce & Logistics Operations Executive to manage day-to-day order processing, fulfilment coordination, and logistics tracking.

This role is critical to ensuring a smooth customer experience from order to delivery, while working closely with internal KSAC teams and external logistics partners.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Order & E-commerce Operations

1.Process and manage daily orders through Shopify

2.Verify orders, payment status, and customer details

3.Generate invoices, packing slips, and shipping labels

4.Update order statuses accurately and on time

2. Packaging & Fulfilment Coordination

1.Coordinate with the KSAC store / fulfilment team for packing

2.Ensure correct product, quantity, and packaging standards

3.Maintain hygiene, brand presentation, and dispatch timelines

4.Flag stock issues or fulfilment delays immediately

3. Logistics & Shipping

1.Coordinate with logistics partners (Shiprocket / Delhivery / Blue Dart etc.)

2.Track shipments and ensure timely dispatch and delivery

3.Handle delivery exceptions, delays, RTOs, and damages

4.Maintain basic logistics performance reports

4. Inventory & Stock Tracking

1.Maintain accurate inventory records on Shopify

2.Coordinate stock updates with the internal team

3.Alert management on low stock or discrepancies

4.Support basic forecasting as volumes increase

5. Returns, Replacements & Escalations

1.Handle damaged or incorrect product cases as per MINE policy

2.Coordinate replacements and reverse pickups

3.Maintain documentation for returns and resolutions

4.Escalate repeated issues or systemic problems

6. Internal Coordination & Reporting

1.Act as the point of contact for MINE order operations

2.Coordinate with marketing and customer support teams

3.Prepare simple daily / weekly order & dispatch summaries

4.Follow defined SOPs and suggest process improvements

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

1. 2 - 4 years of experience in e-commerce operations, logistics, or D2C brands

2.Familiarity with Shopify

3.Basic understanding of courier/logistics workflows

4.Strong attention to detail and process discipline

5.Comfortable with Google Sheets / Excel

6.Clear communication skills (internal coordination)

7.Ability to handle volume spikes calmly

NEED TO HAVE

1.Experience working with Ship rocket or similar platforms

2.Prior experience in FMCG / wellness / lifestyle brands

3.Exposure to CRM or customer support tools

4.Ability to document SOPs and processes
