Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee day-to-day operations of the company's e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).
Optimize product listings (descriptions, images, pricing) to maximize visibility and sales.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.
Collaborate with the marketing team to execute digital campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
Oversee customer service on e-commerce platforms, ensuring timely responses to inquiries and resolving issues.
Implement and maintain effective inventory management and order fulfillment processes.
Track and analyze website traffic and conversion rates, using data to optimize user experience and sales outcomes.
Ensure adherence to industry best practices and maintain an up-to-date knowledge of e-commerce trends and technologies.
