About the Role:

We are seeking a driven and experienced E-commerce Listings Manager to lead a team of 8-12 individuals responsible for ensuring product listings across various e-commerce platforms accurately match our internal database descriptions. This full-time position offers a unique opportunity to combine leadership skills with a passion for e-commerce.

Responsibilities:

Manage and lead a team of 8-12 listing verification specialists. Develop, implement, and monitor listing verification processes for accuracy and efficiency. Oversee team performance and provide ongoing training and support. Identify areas for improvement in listing accuracy and data management. Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., product data, marketing) to ensure listing consistency. Track key metrics and generate reports to measure team performance. Maintain strong communication channels within the team and across departments.

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role within e-commerce or a related field. Proven track record of successfully managing and motivating teams. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Skype, Google Sheets, and Google Calendar. Strong written and verbal English language skills. Experience with SQL queries is a plus.
Work Schedule and Perks:

Monday - Saturday (9 hours per day, including 1-hour break) Work from home is permitted in case of emergencies 2 national holidays, 5 Festive Off and 21 casual paid leaves are available in a year. PF/ ESI benefits available
