About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced

Senior E-commerce Executive

to manage and grow our online business presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling e-commerce operations across multiple platforms, driving sales, improving customer experience, and ensuring smooth execution of digital commerce strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory across e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.) and the company website. Analyze sales data, performance reports, and consumer trends to optimize strategies. Coordinate with internal teams for product uploads, digital marketing campaigns, and order fulfillment. Ensure timely order processing, returns, and customer service management. Plan and execute online sales campaigns, discounts, and seasonal promotions. Monitor competitor activity and identify new growth opportunities. Prepare weekly/monthly reports on e-commerce performance.

Requirements:

Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred). 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce operations, preferably in a senior/executive role. Strong knowledge of online marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.). Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Excel and e-commerce analytics tools. Ability to work independently and lead junior team members.

Pay: ₹27,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
